Tallgrass Energy Partners completed line fill and began commercial service on its 230,000 b/d Pony Express pipeline connecting Guernsey, Wyoming, to the crude storage hub in Cushing, Oklahoma. The 690-mile pipeline also delivers to Phillips 66’s 194,000 b/d refinery in Ponca City, Oklahoma. A northeast Colorado lateral connecting to the Pony Express mainline will come online in the first half of 2015.
