Turnover at New South Wales top

Former Ausgrid chief George Maltabarow has been appointed chairman of the Australian Energy Research Institute (AERI). Mr Maltabarow and Essential Energy chief Terri Benson were both sacked recently as a result of a major reshuffle of New South Wales' energy sector that has seen Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy distributors merged into a new entity, Networks NSW. Mrs Benson told Macquarie Port News she is now looking for work outside the energy company.
