UK-based Embedded Monitoring Systems (eMS) has designed new embedded-systems technology for substation monitoring known as sub. net. It is now widely recognised as superior in terms of both technology and methodology to other systems available, having the advantage of a smaller size, low-power requirement and no moving parts.
