East coast utility demand for residual fuel oil improved in February, accounting for three cargoes of 0.3pc sulphur high pour changing hands. The most-active fuel oil grade in February was 1pc sulphur, as six cargoes traded, but the deals were largely done to protect fuel oil swaps positions.
