Reduc coker to restart 10 January — Petrobras

The coking unit at Brazil’s 240,000 b/d Duque de Caixas refinery (Reduc), run by state-controlled Petrobras, is expected to restart on 10 January, following a weekend fire at the unit, the company said yesterday. “Petrobras informs that the only coker of Duque de Caxias Refinery (Reduc) is stopped, and is expected to resume production on 10 January,” the company said. “The rest of the refinery operates normally and the supply to the market was not affected.”
