TransCanada Corp.,which owns more than 59,000 kilometres of pipelines,may expand the scope of its proposed 2.1-billion Keystone oil pipeline to carry extra-heavy crude to the U.S.Gulf Coast from Alberta.Shippers interested in an extension to the Gulf from Cushing,Oklahoma have approached Calgary-based TransCanada.
