IEA says world product supply to stay tight despite 1.5 million b/d rise in world refining capacity

The world's primary refining capacity is expected to increase by 1.5 million barrels per day(b/d)next year,but fuel supplies will remain tight,said the International Energy Agency(IEA).Another 1.5 million b/d of hydrotreating capacity could be added,60% of which will help reduce the sulphur content in diesel fuel.
