Federal Minister for Industry Ian Macfarlane will open Energy Networks 2014 on Wednesday, April 30, inviting international and domestic leaders in energy regulation, service innovation, asset management and customer engagement to come together and address the four conference themes: engagement, innovation, assets and gas. His address will come at a critical point in the development of the Australian Government's 2014 Energy White Paper, which is due to wrap up in September.
