IRAN:Deal with private Malaysian firm,but not with Petronas

Iran said it has agreed with Malaysia's privately held SKS Group to develop two natural gas fields and cooperate on developing a LNG terminal.SKS Group is linked to Malaysian billionaire investor Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary.Neither the company nor the Iranian government has provided any details.It remained unclear if the deal was related to an earlier 2007 agreement between the two parties to develop Iran's southern Golshan and Ferdows gas fields and LNG terminals.
