INDIA:IOC to invest Rsl20 billion to refine high-sulphur heavy crude oil

State Indian Oil Corp is planning to invest Rs120 billion in new refining capacity over the next four years to process high-sulphur heavy crude oil.(USl=Rs45).By 2010,the company expects heavy crude to account for 82% of its oil imports by 2010,up from 53% now.
