Thermal coal market outlook improves: Noble

Thermal coal prices likely reached a foor at the start of 2016, Hong Kong-based commodity trading frm Noble said. Demand fundamentals remain weak in most markets, but the outlook for prices is now more optimistic than at the end of 2015 following efforts by producers to rebalance supply fol- lowing years of low prices.
