Latin American crude demand at the US Gulf coast stagnated for March deliveries, according to the most recently released Energy Information Administration (EIA) data, with Canadian imports into the US Gulf coast officially surpassing those of Colombia for the first time since February 2011 without even adding growing rail volumes.
