Construction should begin this summer on the southern portion of Enbridge Pipelines (Athabasca) Ltd.'s Waupisoo and Stonefell pipeline projects transporting blended bitumen crude and diluent.In a decision released in late March,the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board said it has approved the project,including three pipelines and three pump stations between the Cheecham and Edmonton terminals.
