PEMBINA COMPLETES HORIZON PIPELINE

Begun in November 2006 and completed on schedule on July 1,2008,the 400-million Horizon Pipeline has been a big success for Pembina Pipeline Income Fund and its wholly owned subsidiary Pembina Pipeline Corporation.Pembina acquired the Alberta Oilsands Pipe Line,now referred to as the Syncrude Pipeline,in late 2001 and since that time has spent more than 600 million to expand its service offering in the Athabasca oilsands region.
