Canada needs to win the race to bring Arctic natural gas to southern markets ahead of Alaska or forfeit getting the Mackenzie gas project off the ground at all, Bob Reid, President of the Aboriginal Pipeline Group, told attendees at the 9th annual Arctic Gas Symposium, held March 3 and 4 in Calgary.
