Enbridge has filed a detailed schedule on its Line 9 crude pipeline reversal with Canada’s energy watchdog, saying it will be in service by mid-October this year. Enbridge plans to reverse the flow and increase the capacity of the 240,000 b/d Sarnia, Ontario, to Montreal, Quebec, line to 300,000 b/d.
