As part of a government and industry partnership, the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP), along with the Gas Processing Association Canada (GPAC) and four other organizations, has developed a new efficiency framework that will encourage industry to reduce the amount of natural gas used in energy resource extraction and decrease greenhouse gas emissions.
