From 1Q93 onwards, prices refer to the monthly averages of the quarter. From 1Q86 to 4Q92, prices refer to the second month of the quarter (except 3Q88 prices which refer to My 1988). Prior to 4Q85, prices refer to the first month of each quarter. See individual products for exceptions. General Tax (VAT): Applies to all energy forms. Amounts are not included in prices and taxes shown for industry, electricity generation and automotive diesel for commercial purposes because it is refunded.
