From 1Q93 onwards, prices and taxes refer to the independent Slovak Republic. Prior to 1Q93, prices and taxes refer to the former Czechoslovakia, General Tax (VAT): VAT is refunded when a registered taxpayer or entity exports fuel, stock draws for tax-free purposes, returns of fuels from wholesalers to producer (if there is an error in tax computation), or use of taxed fuels to produce environmental fuels.
