ENBRIDGE CONSIDERS TRAILBREAKER

As a result of slowing growth from the Alberta oilsands,Canada's largest oil shipper is delaying the startup of its proposed 2.6-billion Texas Access pipeline from 2011 to 2014.In its place,Enbridge Inc.is rolling out the 350-million Trailbreaker project,which would utilize infrastructure to move Western Canadian heavy oil from Chicago to Sarnia,Ontario,to Montreal and finally to the coast of Maine,where it would be loaded on to tankers destined for refinery row on the Texas coast.
