If not noted otherwise, prices refer to quarterly averages up to 4Q82. From 1Q83 to 1Q85, they refer to the first month of the quarter, except for electricity and automotive diesel. From 1Q86 up to 4Q92, they refer to the second month of each quarter. Since 1Q93, prices refer to the monthly averages of the quarter. Duties for non-governmental energy research fund are excluded.
