The effect of heating or cooling at the junctions of two different conductors exposed to the current was discovered in 1834 by French Jean Peltier. Only last two decades this effect begun to use in the electronics. And now Peltier effect is widely applied in the manufacturing of the mini-refrigerators or for the cooling of the personal computers processors. There is presented one of the fresh application areas of this method - the cooling of the human body surface [1, 2]. The cooling effect depends on distribution of cooling elements on the cooling capacity surface. There is very important subject to choose right thermoelectric cooling element for a specific application, such as physical dimensions, input power limitations or cost. System analysis considering thermal power and geometry of cooling elements is presented, also the calculation of the basic parameters for the choice of the thermoelectric devices is introduced.
