WOMEN ENGINEERS

A few years ago,a past-president of the Association of Professional Engineers,Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta reminisced about her days as a third-year chemical engineering undergrad,circa 1966.Her grades were superb,placing her in the uppermost quartile.Nevertheless,one kindly professor couldn't stop stewing about the young woman's future.
