For 500 million,Enerplus Resources Fund sold in late June its 15% working interest in the Joslyn oilsands lease to Occidental Petroleum Corporation,marking the return of the Los Angeles-based company to Canada after an eight-year hiatus.Occidental expects to invest a further 2 billion to develop the bitumen leases over coming years.
