For the most part of my adult life, I've traveled the globe speaking to manufacturers, maintenance personnel, consultants, safety authorities, and building owners on the topic of escalator handrails. Tens of thousands of escalators and millions of meters of handrail, have allowed me to meet lots of great people! Much of my time is spent answering product and service questions - educating and helping guide people in making the right decisions not only for themselves, but also in the interest of public safety. I'm hoping to reach out to a wider audience to inform and stimulate some constructive discussion, and to make the world a safer place, one escalator at a time.
