Majority of the world problems are of optimization type. Various optimization techniques are widely used to solve these problems. Most typical and widely known combinational optimization problem is the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) [1]. TSP is usually included as a part of a testing set for evaluation of performance of optimization algorithms.
