Spain CNE Approves New ‘Circular Mechanism’ to Promote Use of Biofuels

Spain’s National Energy Commission (CNE) announced May 14 that it approved a new “circular mechanism” to promote the use of biofuels for incorporation into the country’s Boletin Oficial del Estado (Spanish for Official Bulletin of the State), which includes a ministerial order that extends to any country, not only to the EU, the allocation of biodiesel.
