American Egg Board Spring Meeting

The American Egg Board met for its spring meeting at the Ramada O'Hare Hotel, near the Chicago O'Hare Airport on March 24 and 25, 2004. The committee meetings were held in the afternoon of the 24th. I attended the Industry and Market Development Committee meeting and will focus my comments primarily on it. It is extremely impressive to realize how much the Industry and Market Development Committee covers in the overall activities of AEB. Certainly all of the various committees of the American Egg Board are busy and productive, but it seems as if this committee's agenda just goes from one topic to another and accomplishes an enormous amount of business in the promotion of eggs.
