The North Carolina Layer Performance and Management Program is raising money for a $3.2 million expansion to study cage-free aviary egg laying systems.More than a year after North Carolina State University (NCSU) announced a project to expand its research of aviary laying systems, the university is looking for additional funding to make the project a reality.
