A judge in Federal District Court in Fresno, Calif., on December 29 ruled on a lawsuit filed by the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA) and Growth Energy in 2009 that the state of California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) is unconstitutional.
