Septal pore apparatus in some clavarioid fungi: taxonomic and phylogenetic implications

摘要

Some species of clavarioid fungi belonging to the genusRamariaand genusClavariadelphuswere observed, by electron microscopy, regarding to the septal pore apparatus. All the species ofRamariagenus present dolipores with imperforated parenthesomes. On the contrary, the speciesClavariadelphus pistillarispresents dolipores with perforated parenthesomes. In view of different theories about the phylogenesis of basidiomycetes, some evolutionary considerations are suggested.
