Scooter tech: using the latest fuel-cell technology, dana corporation, with MZ engineering and ZSW, has produced an electric fuel cell scooter

The vehicles, homes and offices of the future will be powered by new power sources that deliver increased energy efficiency and lower emissions. With its long history of innovation in the automotive industry, Dana Corporation is the ideal partner to help bring these exciting next-generation technologies to life. Dana develops and manufactures fuel-cell stacks, balance-of-plant, and fuel-processor components for portable, small stationary, and automotive applications. Recently, Dana demonstrated these capabilities through the joint development of an electric fuel-cell-powered scooter, Dana combined the efforts of its international fuel-cell support centers with two partners: MZ Engineering GmbH, a German research and development company with considerable expertise in developing motorbikes and electric vehicles; and ZSW, a government-owned non-profit research institute with extensive experience in fuel-cell system technology.
