Why NT? The first question that you should ask is, "Why do I need to change to NT?" There is always cost involved when you change tools, OS or hardware-individually or in any combination. The cost involved can be as minimal as library conversions" and as large as buying an entire new tool set. Don't be fooled by the assumption that NT will be cheaper. In the long run it may be less expensive, but short-term costs will be incurred.
