Cabot Corp. (Boston) has sued tantalum capacitor makers Kemet (Greenville, SC) and Vishay Intertechnology (Malvern, PA), alleging that the two companies have breached agreements for supply of tantalum. Cabot says that these are the only court actions underway currently regarding its tantalum sales contracts.
