Australia's first tenanted high-rise office refurbishment aiming to achieve the Green Building Council of Australia's (GBCA) Five Star Green Star - Office Design rating is being completed in Melbourne's CBD. One of the major contributors to the building's impressive performance rating is the use of chilled beam technology for the high-rise's air conditioning requirements, as recommended by the Bovis Lend Lease project management team in the initial design stages of the project.
