Ineos Gets Further North Sea Gas Fields With Fairfield's Stake in Clipper South

London— Ineos has completed the acquisition of an additional interest in the UK North Sea gas fields with the purchase of Fairfield Energy Holding's 25 stake in Clipper South (PCN, 19 Oct 2015, p1). Earlier this month, Ineos agreed to purchase all of the North Sea gas fields owned by German-based oil and gas company DEA Group, a LetterOne Group subsidiary. Value of the transactions were not given.
