Fox-Fordyce disease, also known as apocrine miliaria, is a rare chronic disorder of the apocrine glands. The exact pathogenesis of this disorder is not yet fully understood; however, obstruction of apocrine sweat glands is a key factor in the pathogenesis of this disorder. Treatment of this condition is generally difficult and unsatisfactory. In this report, we describe a case of Fox-Fordyce disease with good response to treatment with fractional CO~2 laser, which to the best of our knowledge has not been described before.A 2.4-year-old female patient presented with a 7-year history of an itchy papular eruption in both axillae. Lesions were mildly itchy, but this was not linked to an identifiable cause. The patient was healthy and was not taking regular medications. The patient is single, and her menstrual periods are regular. Examination showed flesh-colored papules in axillary and periaxillary skin on both sides. No other regions were involved. Apart from being overweight (body mass index 27.8 kg/m2), no other abnormalities were noted. According to Fitzpatrick classification of skin types, the patient has skin type IV.
