Projet - just one small step from subrack to desktop

As we all know, man must react quickly to constant change and changing technology requirements. No sooner has a new control system or piece of measuring equipment been installed than it is required to perform extra tasks that were not originally envisaged. After only a short time enhancements and modifications need to be implemented which are incompatible with the original concept. It is therefore becoming increasingly important to be able to repackage existing modules and components with minimum cost and effort in terms of assembly and warehousing. For example. if one solution requires a subrack in the electronics cabinet, the next may require an elegant desktop model. A unified approach to both would be ideal.
