The customer is always right' is a phrase quoted frequently by the retail and marketing industry. When it comes to selling a product, retailers understand the importance of engaging the consumer. If you can get a customer to understand not only what a product does, but also how it will enhance their everyday lives, you are pretty much on your way to a sale. This consumer-focused approach can also be applied to the smart meter rollout campaign.
