In today's increasingly competitive climate, businesses simply cannot afford to ignore the potential benefits that cleaner and more sustainable design can bring. Envirowise has used its expertise to help increasing numbers of businesses develop more environmentally friendly product and packaging designs. And with research by the programme showing that around a third of consumers would favour an electrical or electronic product designed with low environmental impact (34.4%), minimal packaging (35%) or recyclability (31.6%) in mind, it is clear there is both an environmental and commercial motivation to act.
