摘要

An efficient method for callus induction and plant regeneration of peach (Prunus persica L) through leaf and meristem tip culture was developed. Callus was initiated from leaf and meristem tip on Murashige and Skoog (1962) and woody plant media (Lloyd and McCown, 1981) supplemented with 1.0 mg/l 6-Benzylaminopurine (BA)+0.1 mg/l Indol-3-butyric acid (IBA). The percentage of callus formation and regeneration rates ranged from 66.02% to 71.42% and from 59.09% to 73.57%, respectively. It depends on the genotype and on the explant. The percentage of regeneration increased with callus growing on a medium containing 3.5 mg/l thidiazuron (TDZ)+0.5 mg/l naphthalene acetic acid (NAA). The adjunction of 3.5 mg/l TDZ to the medium motivated explants to produce adventitious shoots.
