In order to investigate the chromatography and allelopathic effect of walnut leaf extract on germination characteristics of other plants, a research were conducted at faculty of Agriculture, at the Islamic Azad University of Isfahan (Khorasgan) branch, Faculty of Agriculture, Agronomy laboratory in 2014. In this experiment, the effects of different concentrations of walnut water leaf extract including control (distilled water), 25, 50, 75 and 100% on germination characteristics on plants: wheat (Triticum aestivum), Sesamum (Sesamum indicum) and Radish (Raphanus sativus) separately was studied in completely randomized design (CRD) with four replications. Result showed that highest rates juglans chromatography was observed on walnut leaves in August.Increasing concentration of leaf extract lead to continuously decrease in germination percentage, germination rate, radical and plumule length and seedling dry weights. The most inhibition effect on germination percentage was observed in Radish. The mostinhibition effect on radical and plumule length in radish plant was resulted in 100 percentages in 100% concentration than the control. Greatest decrease in dry weight concerned to Radish because of its high sensitivity than Sesamum and Wheat. Furthermore, Sesamum showed the least sensitivity to juglane allelopathic substances.
