摘要

For Estimation of erosion and its potential of sedimentation in basin without data, several models have been presented. One of these models that have more application with appropriate result in IRAN is the MPSIAC model. In the Recent models the role and impact of 9 important and effective factors in water erosion were assessed and rated and finally a total score was obtained by affecting factors on erosion (degree of sedimentation) in each unit (geomorphology) and total areas of research, Sedimentation rate in the basin be estimated with revised MPSIAC model. In most cases, in Iran imported model without applying the regional coefficients are used. In this study it is to compare estimated sediment using MPSIAC model and observational method, the rate of accuracy and applicability of model in Golestan watershed. The result of this calculation shows that Gholi Tape sub-basin has minimum and Gorganrood sub-basin to Hajighoshan sediment survey station has maximum sediment load.
