Under the study, the application of RDF (100%) + VAM (500g/plant) + PSB (100g/plant) + Azospirillium (100g/plant) +T. harzianum (100g/plant) shows highest performance regarding plant height (4.63 m), canopy (87.66 m~3) number of fruits (651.25/plant),yield (111.25 kg/plant), fruit weight (165.83 g), juice percentage (48.10%), available N (229.33 kg/ha) (2.45 %) and P (17.84 kg/ha) (0.188 %) content in soil and leaf, TSS : Acid ratio (17.62) in Sweet orange cv Mosambi. While maximum TSS (9.59 deg Brix), non reducing sugars (2.90 per cent) and ascorbic acid content (59.00 mg/100 mL juice) was recorded when RDF (100 %) + VAM (500 g/plant) + PSB (100 g/plant) + Azospirillum (50 g/plant) was applied. In case of T_5 (50 % RDF) + VAM (500g/plant) + PSB (100 g/plant) + Azospirillum (100 g/plant) +Trichoderma (100 g/plant) shows lowest performance in respect of plant height (3.96 m), Canopy (61.37 m~3), fruit number (442.00 /plant), yield (69.00 kg/plant), fruit weight (130.28 g/fruit), juice (42.73 %), leaf nutrient concentration and soil nutrient content as well as chemical parameters like reducing sugar (3.67 %) ascorbic acid (47.48 mg/100 mL juice) and non reducing sugar (2.67%).
