Few motorsport cars win first time out under completely new regulations. But the M-Sport-built Fiesta WRC did. Here's how it differs from the previous incarnation. Back in the middle of 2015, the FIA announced a host of new regulations for the World Rally Cars that would contest the 2017 FIA World Rally Championship. They set out three main objectives for the new cars: to be more spectacular, to be mindful of the cost and to be at least as safe as the existing cars, if not more so.
