One could easily imagine that meeting the creator of a key technological invention would be a difficult feat - having to negotiate with a sea of press officers and personal assistants who ferociously guard his diary. But, meeting Jeff Kodosky, the father of National Instruments's (NI) best-selling control instrumentation product Lab View, was an extremely pleasant experience. Approachable, down to earth and with a perpetual smile on his face, Kodosky was very happy to discuss Lab View and its 17-year history.
