Steel prices on Saturday are some what better than those a couple of weeks ago and one can expect the same to improve in the course of the next couple of months. But talking in the global context, the extent of the rise is rather a headache for the industry rather than a source of joy. One does not foresee a major crisis in the industry in the days ahead but there is a possibility of the steel market globally taking dangerous turns in a few months from now. It is simply because this is the time steel prices gain the most and if this is what is to be seen in some of the best times of the year, the worst can be easily visualised.
