Engineers India mulls tie-up with China firm

The Engineers India Ltd (EIL), India's leading engineering and technical services provider, plans to team up with an undisclosed Chinese firm, to bid for building an oil refinery in Iran, that may net it as much as 150 million dollars (661.6 Rupee crore) in fees. The 5-million tonne refinery is located at Bandar Abbas in the oi- rich West Asia. "We will shortly sign a memorandum of understanding with the Chinese firm," said Mukesh Rohatgi, chairman and managing director, EIL.
