Baosteel ties up with visa for Orissa plant

Visa Steel Ltd is setting up a ferrochrome plant in Orissa through a joint venture with China'sBaosteel TradingCoLtd, a unit of the world's fifth-largest steel producer Baosteel, and Switzerland-based Visa Com-trade AG. A company statement said Visa Steel will hold a 51 percent stake in the JV, named Visa Bao Ltd, with Baosteel Trading holding 35 percent and Visa Comtrade 14 percent.
