The Environment Ministry is likely to decide the fate of the South Korean giant Posco's proposed $12-billion integrated steel plant in Orissa in the next few weeks. "The decision will be taken within a couple of weeks," Mr Jairam Ramesh, Environment Minister, told reporters on the sidelines of an event in New Delhi on Friday.
